Stephanie works with people, both individually and in groups, utilizing an integrative approach which has a foundation in the mind-body-spirit connection. This approach views physical and mental health as intimately intertwined. Together we focus on bolstering resilience thereby creating a connection (anchor) within to better manage both internal and external stressors. This work will provide both educational and experiential skills to increase access to happiness and joy thereby moving you from a place of surviving to thriving!
